1. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s completed projects for the year 2019.

• A contract was executed for supplying two Siemens 33 kV circuit breakers for the benefit of Al-Dibs Gas Power Station, under Contract No. 11444 dated 18/8/2019, for the benefit of the General Company for Electric Power Production for the Northern Region. The execution lasted 75 days and was fully completed.

2. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s projects executed with government departments and Iraqi and foreign companies for the years 2022 and 2023.

A. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s projects executed with government departments for the years 2022–2023:

• Supplying a high-voltage testing device 400 kV (GIS & AIS), under Contract No. 1008 dated 6/12/2022, for the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity – General Company for Electricity Transmission – Northern Region, for a duration of 8 months. Work commenced on 26/6/2023 and is under execution.
  Note: On 21/7/2025, approval was granted to resume work on the above-mentioned contract pursuant to the letter of the Ministry of Electricity – General Company for Electricity Transmission, Northern Region, No. 12456 dated 21/7/2025, considering the period from 26/6/2023 until 20/7/2025 as a stoppage period. Please refer to Annex No. 1 attached to the introductory letter.

• Supplying High Voltage testing devices, under Contract No. 2792 dated 11/10/2023, for the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity – General Company for Electricity Transmission / Middle Euphrates, for 240 days. Work commenced on 16/10/2023 and is under execution.

• Supplying SF6 gas and 11, 33 kV grounding transformers, under Contract No. 2849 dated 17/10/2023. The contract is with a duration of 265 days. Work commenced on 19/10/2023 and is under execution.

B. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s projects executed with Iraqi companies (secondary execution) for the years 2022–2023:

• Supplying 33 kV double-circuit towers for the project of supplying and executing (materials + works) a 33 kV feeder (dual supply, overhead + underground cable) with an expected geographical length (40 km + 500 m) in Salah Al-Din Governorate. This was under Contract No. 4/2023 dated 17/5/2023 with Modern Technologies Company, for the General Company for Electricity Distribution of the North / Salah Al-Din Electricity Distribution Branch. The contract was with a duration of 180 days. Work commenced on 17/5/2023 and was completed on 17/8/2023.

• Supplying 33 kV overhead conductors and cables for the project of supplying and executing (materials + works) a 33 kV feeder (dual supply, overhead + underground cable) with an expected geographical length (40 km + 500 m) in Salah Al-Din Governorate. This was under Contract No. 7/2023 dated 9/8/2023 with Al-Tiqaneeat Al-Haditha Company, with a duration of 120 days. Work commenced on 9/8/2023 and was completed on 9/11/2023.

3. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s projects completed and under execution with government departments and Iraqi companies for the years 2024–2025.

Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s projects executed and completed with government departments under contracts for the years 2024–2025:

• Supplying SF6 gas and 11, 33 kV grounding transformers, under Contract No. 2849 dated 17/10/2023, for the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity – General Company for Electricity Transmission / Middle Euphrates, for 265 days. Work commenced on 19/10/2023 and was completed on 28/11/2024.

• Supplying High Voltage testing devices, under Contract No. 2792 dated 11/10/2023, for the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity – General Company for Electricity Transmission / Middle Euphrates, for 240 days. Work commenced on 21/8/2024 after opening the letter of credit and is under execution.
  Note: On 21/8/2024, work commenced and approval was granted to open the letter of credit for the above-mentioned contract pursuant to the letter of the Ministry of Electricity – General Company for Electricity Transmission / Middle Euphrates, No. 16930 dated 10/9/2024. The duration of the letter of credit for the contract was extended pursuant to the letter of the Ministry of Electricity – General Company for Electricity Transmission / Middle Euphrates, No. 12698 dated 10/7/2025. Please refer to Annex No. 2 attached to the introductory letter.

• Supplying (two mobile substations with a capacity of 1×31.5 MVA, voltage 11.5/33 kV on two trailers for Kirkuk Governorate / Hawija District + Dibis (Zab + Altun Kopri)), under Contract No. 27 dated 15/5/2025, for the General Company for Electricity Distribution of the North, for 360 days. Work commenced on 22/7/2025 and is under execution.

• Supplying (generators with different capacities for health institutions affiliated with Nineveh Health Department), under Contract No. 166/2025 dated 8/7/2025, for Nineveh Governorate Office, for 90 days. Execution will start upon opening the letter of credit and is under execution.
