Projects Implemented by Saheel Al-Mortajez Co.

1. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s Civil and Construction Works completed projects for the year 2020.

• A number of residential houses were renovated in Baghdad Governorate for a private sector entity, during the period from June 16 until August 20, 2020. The works lasted 65 days, and the project was successfully completed.

2. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s projects with Iraqi, Arab, and foreign companies in the execution of secondary schools for the year (2019).

• On the other hand, Saheel Al-Mortajez Company, in cooperation with Queens German Company, undertook the civil works related to the roofing, foundations, and rooms of the self-generation station in Al-Qayyarah Refinery in Nineveh Governorate, for the benefit of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil. The project was completed on May 24, 2019.

3. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s Civil and Construction Works projects executed by trust and under contracts with government departments, Iraqi and foreign companies, completed in 2021.

• Supplying and laying water networks with polyethylene pipes (110 mm with a length of 4250 m and 160 mm with a length of 1000 m) for the villages of Talul Nasser, Hadhrat Al-Fadel, Harara, and Shweirat in Al-Shoura Subdistrict. It was executed by trust within the Regional Development Projects for the year 2019, under Administrative Order (3106) dated 3/3/2021, for the benefit of Nineveh Governorate / Nineveh Water Directorate. The works lasted 120 days starting from 31/3/2021, and it was completed on 30/7/2021.

• Execution of a paving project for the road from the Sixth Sector to Imad Al-Din Zanki School in Al-Rashidiya Farms was carried out under Contract No. 45, Works, within the Stabilization Support Plan for Nineveh Governorate for the year 2020, dated 29/7/2021, for the benefit of Nineveh Governorate / Rural Development Department. The works lasted 90 days starting from 12/8/2021, and it was completed on 2/11/2021.

• Execution of an asphalt paving project for the main road of Umm Amer Village, Sinjar District, was carried out under Contract No. 123, within the allocations of the Operational Plan for the year 2021 (Stabilization), dated 16/9/2021, for the benefit of Nineveh Governorate / Nineveh Municipalities Directorate. The works lasted 90 days starting from 29/9/2021, and it was completed on 21/12/2021.

• Project of supplying and implementing model sheds in the central warehouses on the Mosul–Tal Afar Road, in partnership with Modern Technologies Company for Trade and General Contracting, under Contract No. 12 dated 3/11/2021, for the benefit of the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity / General Company for Electricity Distribution of the North – Nineveh Governorate. It was executed within 256 days starting from 10/11/2021, and completed on 24/7/2022.

4. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company’s Civil and Construction Works projects executed with government departments, Iraqi and foreign companies, completed in 2022.

• Project of extending and replacing water networks for the villages of Dughat and Sreshka (Alqosh Subdistrict). It was executed under Contract No. 293 dated 12/12/2021, within the allocations of the Stabilization Plan 2021, for the benefit of Nineveh Governorate / Nineveh Water Directorate, for a period of 150 days. The works started on 9/1/2022 and were completed on 27/3/2022.
