Ten years have passed since the year 2003, when the beginning of the activity of Mr. (Emad Muhammad Hassan Al-Hussein) began simply with the establishment of a small office (Al-Hadba Lights) for the execution of electrical works and general trade in Nineveh Governorate.

After a period of perseverance and insistence on expansion and development. After implementing and equipping several constructions, electrical, and commercial projects, these works formed the basis for establishing a company. (Anan Al-Sakb Contracting and General Trade) In 2009, the company, through our management, held the position of Managing Director for the period from (2010 to the end of 2013).) to commence work in the field of general construction contracting, electrical and mechanical works, and the processing of goods and services. Several successful projects have been implemented with state departments, especially with (the Nineveh Health Department) including the establishment of health centres and prefabricated health homes for all districts and districts of Nineveh Governorate, the construction, rehabilitation and equipment of transmission and distribution lines of electric power, and the supply and implementation of nutrition sources for voltage stations (11 kV, 33 kV and 132 kV).

As a result of successful projects and to further expand and develop the business, it made more sense to move to Baghdad. Accordingly, a new company was established, which is (Saheel Al-Murtajez Contracting, General Trade and Energy Services) based in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, at the end of 2013 to specialize in the field of energy services. Its activities cover the entire area of Iraq in (The northern region, the central region, and southern Iraq) branches were opened in the city of Erbil in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and the province of Nineveh after the liberation of the province from the terror of ISIS terrorist groups, and we look forward to opening other branches inside and outside Iraq.

Several successful projects have been implemented with state departments and international organizations, especially with UNDP (UN Development Programme) and investment companies operating in Iraq and secondary implementation with Iraqi companies.

Now we can look forward to the dawn of a new era in Iraq with those who made commitments and promises to rebuild the country. We will help it grow and invest as the capital of business in the region. (Saheel Al-Murtajez Contracting, General Trade and Energy Services Ltd.) was established. The company specialized in the field of energy services mainly and engineering, construction and commercial activities in general, as a result of the accumulated experience of its manager, Mr. (Emad Muhammad Hassan Al-Hussein), which has implemented various successful projects with official and semi-official departments and agencies. The following is general information about the company:

1. The company was officially established in 2013 under the approval of the Companies Registrar Department at the Ministry of Commerce under the numbered certificate (Mesh-02-000084885) on 7/10/2013.

2. It is called (Saheel Al-Murtajez for Contracting and General Trade) and has a capital of approx (1,000,000,000) one billion Iraqi dinars.

3. The company is classified as fifth-grade structural, electrical and mechanical by the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation.

4. The company is registered with the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce with a rating of excellent.

5. The company is a member of the Iraqi Contractors Union.

6. The company added to its activities the activity of (energy services) according to the approval of the Companies Registrar Department, according to the decision numbered (11683) on 4/21/2014. So the name of the company becomes (Saheel Al-Murtajez Contracting, General Trade and Energy Services Co. Ltd.).

7. The company's main headquarters are in the capital, Baghdad. In addition, branches have been opened in the city of Erbil in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and in the Nineveh Governorate after its liberation. As God wills, another branch will be established in the southern region to cover the entire area of Iraq, in addition to other branches outside Iraq.

8. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

9. In 2017, as its authorized director, the company earned a Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management (PMP).

10. A business administration certificate was issued to the company by (the Research and Studies Center of the General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Economic Unity) in 2017 in the name of the company's authorized director.

11. In 2019, the authorized director holds a certificate from the (Al-Araqa Foundation for Culture and Development, the International Accreditation Organization, and the German Board for Training and Consulting) stating that the company prepares trainers for human development (TOT).

12. The company is a member of the General Company for Exhibitions and Commercial Services in the Iraqi Ministry of Trade. Division of import.

Therefore, our company has specialized in aspects of providing energy services to governmental, foreign and investment companies through the following sectors that can work in it, as follows:

A. Electric power transmission sector It includes the construction of substations, preparation of designs for electric power transmission lines of type 132 and 400 kV, supplying their materials and accessories (towers, insulators, wires, communication lines...), carrying out line laying works, preparing special equipment for carrying out works, maintaining lines, towers and stations, and laying 132 kV and 400 kV power cables. B.
