Projects Implemented by Saheel Al-Mortajez Co.

1. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company projects with the American-Angolan company Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao IRAQ in Qaiyara Oilfield for the years 2018–2020:

• The SWB-85 pump installation project at Qaiyara Oilfield was executed under Contract No. SCA18-QAI-00034 dated 20/10/2018, completed in seven days.

• The umbrella base construction project at Qaiyara Oilfield was carried out under Contract No. SCA18-QAI-00046 dated 21/11/2018, completed in seven days.

• The container canopy preparation and installation project at Qaiyara Oilfield was executed under Contract No. SCA18-QAI-00046 dated 25/11/2018, completed in eight days.

• The diesel tank installation project at NDS field was based on Contract No. SCA18-QAI-00050 dated 04/12/2018, completed in nine days.

• The installation of pumps 49 and SWB-51 was carried out under Contract No. RFQ-19-QAI-PRJ-0001 dated 12/02/2019, completed in fifteen days.

• The fire fighting system implementation and testing project at SWB field was executed under Contract No. CON-19-QAI-PRJ-0019 dated 06/03/2019, completed in nine days.

• The new flow line commissioning project from 91 to MWB-98 was carried out under Contract No. CON-19-QAI-PRJ-0019 dated 08/03/2019, completed in twelve days.

• The construction of a new fence around the southern unloading station at Qaiyara Oilfield was executed under Contract No. ITT-19-QAI-SEC-0079 dated 10/12/2019, completed in eight days.

• The removal of all tanks, pipelines, and pumps at SWB-91 was executed under Contract No. ITT-19-QAI-PRJ-0083 dated 10/12/2019, completed in nine days.

• The drilling platform construction for well NJE6 at Najma Oilfield – Qaiyara was carried out under Contract No. CON-20-NAJ-DRL-0011 dated 25/9/2020, completed in fifty days.

2. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company projects executed under contracts with governmental departments and Iraqi and foreign companies in 2021:

• The civil works for pipeline crossings (corridors) in NDS project at Najma Oilfield, Qaiyara, were executed under Contract No. CON-21-QAI-PRJ-0002 dated 04/01/2021 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao IRAQ, completed in 35 days.

• The mechanical works for leak repair in the flow line of well 68 and discharge line of well SWB-72 SDS were executed under Contract No. CON-21-QAI-PRJ-0007 dated 08/03/2021 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao IRAQ, completed in seven days.

• The mechanical works to install connection points and reroute flow lines to NDS EPF (towers 62, 64, 65, 66, SWB-67) were executed under Contract No. CON-21-QAI-PRJ-0007 dated 27/03/2021 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao IRAQ, completed in 33 days without production impact.

3. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company projects executed under contracts with governmental departments and Iraqi and foreign companies in 2022:

• The gas cylinder repair workshop rehabilitation in Hammam Al-Alil, Nineveh Governorate, was executed under Contract No. 60 dated 29/12/2021 with the Ministry of Oil / General Company for Gas Filling and Services, duration 90 days, commenced 26/06/2022, completed 22/09/2022.

• The oil tank FB 2116 rehabilitation project at Salahuddin Refinery Pump & Storage Complex was executed under Contract No. 51 dated 07/07/2022 with the Ministry of Oil / North Refineries Company / Al-Sumood Refinery, duration 360 days, commenced 28/07/2022, completed 27/08/2023.

4. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company projects with Iraqi and foreign oil companies in 2022–2023:

• Maintenance of rotating equipment at SWB 49 & SWB 85 was executed under Contract No. CON-22-QAI-OPS-0030 dated 28/11/2022 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 10 days, completed.

• Moving the tanks and materials from the scrap area was executed under Contract No. CON-23-QAI-OPS-0002 dated 17/01/2023 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 6 days, completed.

• Connection of the drain of each batching controller to the drain system of WB-91 was executed under Contract No. CON-23-QAI-OPS-0009 dated 13/02/2023 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 12 days, completed.

• Civil works for maintenance of the existing generator steel shed at SWB67 were executed under Contract No. CON-23-OAI-OPS-0018 dated 21/03/2023 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 10 days, completed.

• Removal of stand-alone tank and connected piping network from WB 67 was executed under Contract No. CON-23-QAI-OPS-0023 dated 02/04/2023 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 10 days, completed.

• Installation of additional loading arms at TLS-2 was executed under Contract No. CON-23-QAI-OPS-0040 dated 13/07/2023 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 29 days, completed.

• Civil works for constructing a steel shed for PSD vehicles parking area at NDS in Qaiyara Oilfield were executed under Contract No. CON-23-QAI-PRJ-0042 dated 13/07/2023 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 5 days, completed.

• Fabrication and installation of a sunshade for the burner EPF-NDS were executed under Contract No. CON-23-QAI-OPS-0052 dated 31/07/2023 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 23 days, completed.

5. Saheel Al-Mortajez Company projects with Iraqi and foreign oil companies in 2024–2025:

• Installation of a 4-inch Vimpi pump at WB-49 was executed under Contract No. CON-24-QAI-OPS-0008 dated 24/01/2024 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 14 days, completed.

• Re-routing of discharge line of SWB-(72,40) pump to PF-91, Qaiyara Oilfield, was executed under Contract No. CON-24-QAI-OPS-0027 dated 16/03/2024 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 18 days, completed.

• Piping modification at SDS Refinery for online calibration was executed under Contract No. CON-24-QAI-OPS-0021 dated 28/04/2024 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 10 days, completed.

• Installation of steel structure under motors of Vimpi pumps at SWBs Oilfield was executed under Contract No. CON-24-QAI-OPS-0041 dated 26/06/2024 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 12 days, completed.

• Construction works of fire water network around PF at WB-91 were executed under Contract No. CON-24-QAI-PRJ-0069 dated 05/10/2024 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 47 days, completed.

• Supply, testing, installation, and connection of ten fuel tanks (eight vertical daily tanks of 37,500 liters each and two main vertical tanks of 200,000 liters each) were executed under Contract No. IRQ-PW-LC-NRC-(5) dated 07/01/2025 with IRATRAG Co., duration 65 days, completed.

• Mechanical and piping construction works for the upgradation of WB67 were executed under Contract No. CON-25-QAI-PRJ-0018 dated 13/03/2025 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq,duration 77 days, ongoing.

• Mechanical and civil works for new heater installation in PF 91 were executed under Contract No. CON-25-QAI-PRJ-0024 dated 15/03/2025 with Sonangol Pesquisa & Producao Iraq, duration 70 days, ongoing.
